    ParticipantHello. Thank you for opening this forum. Transparency will be important for taking the share price to the next level and this is a great start! Can you share any info on the “Alliance Group?” Is this entity in any way related to “Alliance Venture Partners Inc,” the dissolved corporation that Evan Karras owned? When can we expect reportable revenues from this venture?

    ParticipantExciting partnership with Alliance Group and EAPH in the Canadian Marijuana Industry really adds value for shareholders. We are looking forward to the positive press release tomorrow and hoping the partnership strengthens. Do you foresee any challenges with obtaining a Health Canada License to Grow, Distribute, Sell, and Export MMJ and Recreational MJ Products?

      KeymasterWe believe that our partnership with alliance group will bring increased shareholder value which may include medical / recreational marijuana in Canada. Alliance group has initiated The process to be able to legally cultivate and distribute marijuana in Canada and has stated that they are confident of positive news within the next 30 to 60 days. However As our press release has stated, should alliance partners not receive the proper approvals for MMJ, Easton will be protected on its investments through alliances aggregate business and an ownership lien on 135 acre property located in Georgina township, currently valued at $8 million cdn. We expect to have additional news and updates on this very very shortly.

    ParticipantExcellent. Looking forward to the update tomorrow. Some non-shareholders keep posting negative comments about the Alliance Group basically saying it is a scam company and the CEO is Evan Karras. Is there a website or Canadian business license that you can direct me to that I may share with others to discredit this allegation? Thank you in advance.

    ParticipantI guess I am one that is confused. Is Alliance Group the same as Alliance Venture Partners? The reason I ask is on the Aug. 22, 2017 Quarterly report it states Alliance Venture Partners but the Press releases states Alliance Group. Also who is the CEO of Alliance Group and CEO of Alliance Venture Partners?

    ParticipantI am one Easton investor that is confused. Is Alliance Group the same as Alliance Venture Partners? The reason I ask is on the Aug. 22, 2017 Quarterly report it states Alliance Venture Partners but the Press releases states Alliance Group. Also who is the CEO of Alliance Group and CEO of Alliance Venture Partners? There is confusion about this. I could not find the information I was seeking from the link on the latest Press Release.

    ParticipantIt is important to shareholders that the confusion of Alliance Group and Alliance Venture Partners be cleared up by Easton. The latest Press Release and the August 22, 2017 state different information and add to the confusion. Thank you.

    ParticipantWill the press release on Wednesday contain information on the Alliance Group that answers the questions on this forum? Will the Press Release explain the payment Easton made to Alliance Venture Partners stated on August 22, 2017 Financial Report? Will the Press release have full contact business information for the Alliance Group?I know this JV Partnership will be very good for Easton and the shareholders. This is a very positive step in advancing Easton and Alliance for shareholders but need I would appriecate more concrete information to resolve the confusion.Thank you for your help.

      KeymasterUnfortunately there was a misquote on our financial statements. The agreement was completed with Alliance Group which has no affiliations with Evan Karras. The financial statements will be restated by Monday morning clarifying and correcting the mistake.

    ParticipantThe Aug. 22nd Easton Financials have not been updated as of this morning to correct the error and reflect the agreement was made and paid to the Alliance Group. Please provide contact information for the Alliance Group. The last PR did not have the contact information. Looking for Website, address, phone number, and complete contact information. Thank you.

    ParticipantMy only comment when signing up for the forum I made was “stop setting expectations and missing them”. Here we go again! I hope now when there is a PR presumably next week, that the stock can claw its way back to two and half cents after the carnage that will happen these next few trading days. We don’t need a PR for the company to post a link to Alliance Group website, give us a phone # and names of principals of the company. Not posting this information is an admission of something not on the up and up, in my opinion.

    ParticipantThank you for sending out the Tweet this morning with an update and apology for the error concerning Alliance Group. What is just as important if not more important is for Easton to provide contact information for the Alliance Group. Website, address, phone number, and who the principles are, etc. There are unsettling questions about this and would appreciate clarity from Easton and Alliance Group about this. Thank you.

    ParticipantEAPH is still unwilling to disclose any information about Alliance Group/Alliance Ventures Partners/Ontario 124123? We are just asking for names of principals, phone #, address, website, etc? As a result, the PR’s cannot be verified and share price continues to slide downwards. Shame!
